We got ready in the morning after getting fresh and taking bath we came out of the hotel. The bus arrived at the stated time of the hotel staff. The ticket till Diglipur in the bus was only 14 INR and we reached Diglipur in about an hour. We came very early in the morning and came here and then came to know that the office will not open before 9 o'clock.

Since yesterday there was chaos that we have to be in the line in the morning, so we had come so early in the morning. Now we came so we had to spend time. There was only one old lady and a dog here. First, we went towards the market. Drank coconut water and chewed coconut together. After that, I went to get a photostat. A bookstore was open and the girl who was sweeping it gave me a photostat. Here, I saw for bike hire at a tea shop, when I asked them, we came to know that they give bikes on rent for 300 per day.

This was new information that I had not yet read in any blog. what We can use a bike for in Diglipur? This was the only shop here, why? Because, if you want to go from Diglipur by bike to Port Blair, you cannot go because they will not let you go beyond Baratang. The other thing is the saddle peak here, the bike will not go on it. If you can roam around Kalipur and Diglipur without bike then what can the bike be used for? We got a reply from the poster stuck at the hotel reception last night.

The baratang mud volcano which we left that if we will get the chance, then we would go to see Diglipur's which is bigger than Baratang one. Apart from this, there are also limestone caves here in Diglipur, which are not just one or two but 41 in number underground. However, only one or two of those cave groups can be reached, that too crawling, but if anyone wants to see, you have to go far enough for that.

Mud Volcano is more than 20 kilometers away from Diglipur in one direction, then Alfred Caves will come in the other direction after going almost the same distance and then going by speed boat. So we can use the bike to go to Shyam Nagar. With this, we can see the villages and life here according to our own will and our choice. Planning was done and only the ticket window was waited to get opened.

The plan was that today after taking the tickets, we will go to Shyamnagar with two bikes. We will see mud Volcano and the Shyamnagar beach. Back in the hotel in the evening and tomorrow morning, we will climb the Saddle Peak and reach Rangat in the evening itself. Then the next day morning to Havelock by Jetty because our room was booked there for that day.

Some people were lined up at the ticket window and the number reached ten. As soon as the office opened, a madam came and sat on the computer. In our communication with the local people, it was found that the ticket houses of Port Blair, Rangat, Havelock and Diglipur are connected and we can get tickets to anywhere from anywhere. About Neil we came to know that because the office there is not computerized we have to go and take the ticket there itself.

Madam distributed the form as soon as she arrived. In this form, in addition to your name, address, and number, you had to fill the details of your fellow passenger including, the ID of each of its passengers was to be given. When we filled the form and gave it to Madam, she first started making a ticket for the man who entered inside. Meant that even here the traditional nepotism follows. We knew, engaged in the line, it can also happen that tickets will be booked from all three places today as it was Saturday the previous to the previous day and since then the offices of all the closed places will open only today and the tickets that will be available today would be off Wednesday. If for some reason, we will not get the ticket, we will have to spend our time here till Thursday and our future schedule will deteriorate.

When our number came, we told Madam that we have to go to Havelock by Rangat, then he saw that there was no Jetty. What will happen to our plans now? we thought for Plan B and asked that Madam would give us a ticket to Port Blair from Ariel Bay, then she told me that they are not there too due to bad weather they are canceled. Now there was no plan.

There was only one way to go by bus, so why not ensure the work ahead, we asked Madam if we can get a ticket from Port Blair to Havlock? Madam agreed, we asked that if Neil from Havlock, she said yes to that too. We filled both the forms and gave them away. Now we have to go by Port Blair bus from here and from there to Havlock in Ferry, then we will have to leave for Port Blair tomorrow itself. The return ticket from Neil to Port Blair will be an issue only there.

After getting the ticket, we came out and asked for a bus at the nearby window. When we came here in the morning there was no one and we had a lot of inquiries with the sir who booked the bus ticket and we would have got a seat comfortably but now when we went, the bus was full. Someone told that private buses also run and their tickets can be got from the bus stand. We did not want to have such a long journey on the local bus again, so we walked towards a shop and asked there about the bus. He told that if the bus is there but there is only one seat, then how will it be, then he told that AC bus booking is done at the nearby shop, check there. When we went to the shop nearby, he told that there were only three tickets left, and that too was in the last row. What would we have done? We booked all three seats and walked back to the hotel after being fooled again.
